Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

    • All returned items will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.
    • Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.
    • To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. When returning any purchase please contact us at microxtracts@gmail.com for further instructions before shipping product back. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at arrival. If you need to exchange product, send us an email at micronxtracts@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.  

 Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your return.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund from a return, the shipping cost will automatically be deducted and will be reflected in your total return. 

Late or Missing Refunds 

Please contact us at micronxtracts@gmail.com after you have contacted your credit card/ bank first. Some banks take 3-7 business days to process refund on their end.

Sale Items
Only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items are final.

 

To Return/Exchange Your Product: 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping for returning/exchanging your item/s. 

If you are shipping an item over $75 value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
